Established in 2012, FORS conducts scientific research in Benin and Sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on integrating its impact on socio-economic development. The team collaborates closely with institutions in the country and Africa. Additionally, it has a South-South partnership with the Medical Research Center of Lambaréné (CERMEL) in Gabon. The Congolese Foundation for Medical Research (FCRM) collaborated with NORD-SUD, the Institute of Tropical Medicine at the University of Tübingen (IMTUKT), the Bernard Nocht Institute of Tropical Medicine (BNITM) in Hamburg, the European Vaccine Initiative (EVI) in Heidelberg, Germany, the Medical University of Vienna in Austria, the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) and the Academic Medical Center (AMC) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
